About our CIO
Co-Founder of Bell Termite Control Inc.
Registered Title Marketing Representative with the California State Dept of Insurance and Dept of Consumer Affairs.
A title insurance industry veteran, David Ortiz entered the title and escrow business in 1986 and has worked within the nation's top 50 largest publicly held insurance organizations. Prior to co-starting Bell Termite, he was a Naval Officer with the Naval Computers Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) and later served in an executive capacity on the Board of Directors for Creative Physical Fitness (CPFFUND), a nonprofit organization devoted to helping the physical impaired in developing once lost motor skills and self esteem through community involvement and sponsorships.
